Course Refund & Cancellation Policies

Course Refunds & Cancellations: If you are not satisfied with the content of:

  • Any Independent Distance Learning course, you may request a refund of the purchase price paid by sending an email to debrabattistellaot@creativeconceptsot.com within 14 days of the date of your initial purchase with less than ½ of the course completed. Refund requests submitted after 14 days and more than ½ of the course completed of purchase are invalid and will not be honored.

  • A Blended/Hybrid course, you may request a refund of the purchase price paid prior to the start of the course by sending an email to debrabattistellaot@creativeconceptsot.com prior to the course start date and time, providing content has not been accessed. Refund requests in which ½ percent or less of the content has been accessed will be granted at 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted if greater than 50% of the course has been viewed/attended. Any and all refund requests should be sent to debrabattistellaot@creativeconceptsot.com

  • Live and Distance Learning-Interactive courses, you may request a refund of the purchase price paid prior to the start of the course by sending an email to debrabattistellaot@creativeconceptsot.com prior to the start of the course, otherwise no refunds are given.

  • Should a Live and Distance Learning-Interactive course need to be cancelled by Creative Concepts in Occupational Therapy PLLC, registrants will be notified via email and paid registrants will be issued a full refund.

  • Should the Live aspect of a Blended/Hybrid course need to be cancelled by Creative Concepts in Occupational Therapy PLLC, registrants will be given either a full refund or, if the company is able to reschedule, the option to participate in the rescheduled live portion.
